The Senior Project Manager for NBS is responsible for managing multiple projects and associated activities that are typically multi-departmental, regulatory, operational or strategic in scope and ignificant corporate projects.  This position is responsible for consultation with internal and external partners to clarify and define project requirements and deliver projects within necessary and agreed upon timelines.


  1. Utilize project development process, working with internal managers and supervisors, communicating frequently and escalating issues as necessary.
  2. Utilize big picture analysis to identify efficiencies, opportunities, and strategies to increase departmental scope, customer base and/or expansion of product set.
  3. Organize tasks, time, resources, and people to create a project where all elements come together to repeatedly produce an end result.
  4. Plan and organize work by setting, prioritizing, and adjusting schedules to accommodate sudden changes or unexpected assignments
  5. Document all communications, actions plans, processes, issues and problems thoroughly and professionally.
  6. Coordinate, lead, and attend project meetings and other meetings as requested.
  7. Assist, as needed, in training internal employees on new services or processes
  8. Implement efficiencies that are identified during projects.
  9. Assist team and management, as needed, with tasks outside of existing projects.



Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred - equivalent experience considered.



  1. 3 years project management experience.
  2. Project Management Professional certificate preferred.
  3. Sales, sales marketing support, or sales engineer experience preferred.
  4. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  8. High standards for productivity using effective organization, time management and prioritization skills.
  9. Demonstrated flexibility to respond to changing situations and meet current company needs and job demands.
  10. Self-motived with the ability to work independently, as well as to work cooperatively as part of a team
  11. Positive with a can do attitude.
  12. The ability to follow projects through to successful completion.
  13. Ability to maintain a good working relationship with peers and internal contacts.
