As a Call Center Representative, you will assist borrowers so they can manage and successfully repay their student loans. You will help with student loan questions, repayment, consolidation, payment relief, and more.
Highly competitive wage. Bilingual (Spanish) individuals can earn an additional $1.00/hour differential.
What are we looking for?
The perfect candidate can talk to anyone over the phone. Our Call Center Representatives are patient and caring and must be able to negotiate and problem solve on a daily basis. Representatives must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another while operating a computer keyboard.
When does training start?
What is the schedule?
After training is complete, the regular full-time schedule begins with a shift of 9:30 a.m. 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Associate's degree preferred.
1 to 3 years customer service experience and/or general office experience preferred.
