Overview

The Contracts and Compliance Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring effective compliance of client contracts while supporting the Management team through client status reports and analysis.  The position will also provide support for RFP and Proposal creation and submission.  In addition, the Contracts and Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring clients are appropriately invoiced for services, which includes communication with the NBS Finance and Accounting teams. 

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure compliance with all facets of the contract details.
  2. Ability to understand and interpret contract details and their impacts to each team in FACTS Education Solutions.
  3. Create and maintain monthly status reports of client contract activity.
  4. Contribute to creation/writing/editing of RFP responses.
  5. Proactively coordinate proposal efforts with internal stakeholders.
  6. Manage expectations through consistent and timely updates.
  7. Create analysis to evaluate and track the costs of services and to assist in development of strategic plans and monitoring of performance.
  8. Provide ad-hoc account analysis for team members as required.
  9. Support sales and operations teams with account analysis and trending reporting to ensure efficient use of Client Federal Allocations.
  10. Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of existing contracts and associated business and vendor registrations.
  11. Monitor client activity and providing Accounting with details of event billing.
  12. Act as financial liaison between FACTS Education Solutions and NBS Accounting team including providing operational reports and support of gross profit budget variances.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Communication or other related field.

 

 

EXPERIENCE:

5 years of experience in field or related field or commensurate education and experience in K12 education industry

  1. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with school leaders in a professional manner.
  2. Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written).
  3. Ability to achieve messaging objectives through excellent writing and editing skills by accurately aggregating information into clear, technically correct and concise formats.
  4. Ability to work as a team player and establish a good rapport with co-workers.
  5. Ability to work independently with initiative and appropriate supervision
  6. Detail oriented with excellent prioritization, organization and time management skills.
  7. Ability to multi-task and complete projects under high pressure deadlines and stressful situations.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. General knowledge of Title services and well as products in the FACTS Education Solutions portfolio.
  10. Knowledge of Project Management.
  11. General computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
