Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for the origination of new customers and the ongoing support existing customers. These interactions happen both over the phone and via walk-in traffic to the store.
Location: Lincoln, NE office
Training: 3 weeks Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Shifts available: 1 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm & 1 Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ Year(s) of previous customer service experience, preferably over the phone.
