IFP/IFR Therapist (Lincoln area)

Job Description
Provide Intensive Family Preservation (IFP) services as outlined by Better Living, using the core beliefs/values of the Home Builder’s Model. Apply principles of mental health to enhance patient/family achievement. Applicant has the ability to obtain or currently possess a Nebraska PLMHP or holds a LMHP/LIMHP license. This position reports to the IFP Clinical Supervisor.
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- Hold or be eligible to hold a Mental Health Practitioner’s License from the state of Nebraska.
- 1 to 2 years in-patient therapy preferred
- Successfully completed internship

- Demonstrates understanding and empathy for the needs of others
- Ability and desire to work as a team member
- Evidence of willingness to advance Better Living Counseling Services, Inc. priorities and goals.
