Seldin Company is seeking aPart-Time Apartment Maintenance TechnicianatThe Residences at Autumn Sage apartment community in Abilene, TX. This is a Tax Credit property with 35 units. This position will pay up to $17.50 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday, 9 am - 1 pm.

The Part-Time Service Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
