Apartment Maintenance Professional

Seldin Company is seeking anApartment Maintenance TechnicianatThe Reserves at Summit West, The Reserves at Saddlebrook, Landmark on Lamar, and The Reserves at Maplewood I & II apartment communities in Wichita Falls, TX. and Burkburnett, TX. This is a Tax Credit property group with 202 units. This position will pay up to $19 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

What You Will Do

The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Skills and Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
