Seldin Company is seeking anApartment Make Ready and Grounds TechnicianatPinehill Park and Tara Villasapartment communities inBellevue and Papillion. NE. This is a conventional property group with 204 units. This position will pay up to $19 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

What You Will Do

The Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Skills and Requirements

Grounds/Maintenance experience
Ability to work independently
Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
