Overview:

Seldin Company is seeking a Relocation Specialist at Central Park Tower and Burt St. apartment communities in Omaha, NE. This position will pay up to $50,000 annually, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. This position may require the ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends occasionally.

What You Will Do

The Relocation Specialist is responsible for marketing, coordinating, and executing all resident relocation phases. This role combines sales, marketing, customer service, and administration. Areas of responsibility include client intake, move coordination, resident relations, and collaboration with property management.

Skills and Requirements

Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and organization skills
Case Management experience is strongly preferred
High school diploma or GED requiered
Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, or social work preferred
