Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Make Ready/Grounds Technician at Curry Junction apartment community in Abilene, Texas. This is a Conventional/Affordable mixed property with 236 units. This position will pay up to $17.25an hour. The amount will be determined by experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs as well as provide exceptional customer service to the communitys residents.

Skills and Requirements

Grounds/Maintenance experience
Ability to work independently
Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
