Lead Apartment Maintenance Professional

Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at The Bluffs apartment community in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This is a Tax Credit property with 202 units. This position will pay up to $24 an hour. The amount will be determined by experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The Lead Service Technicianwill diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance/repairsas well as provide exceptional customer service to the communitys residents.

Skills and Requirements

• Three to four years related experience and/or training
• Ability to work independently
• EPA or HVAC certification is required
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
