Apartment Maintenance Professional

Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Greenwood Estates apartment community in Peoria, Illinois. This is a HUD/Tax Credit property with 125 units.

This position will pay up to $20 an hour. The amount will be determined by experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance/repairs as well as provide exceptional customer service to the communitys residents.

Skills and Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
