Overview:

Seldin Company is seeking a Leasing Agent for Park 120 at Oak Hills apartment community in Omaha, NE. This is a conventional property with 282 units.

The schedule for this position will be Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm, Wednesdays 9am-6pm and every other Saturday 10am-4pm.

This position will pay up to $17.00 an hour plus commissions. The amount will be determined by experience, certifications, skills and education.

The Leasing Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home as well as provide exceptional customer service to the communitys existing residents.
