This position will pay up to $23.00 an hour/year. The amount will be determined by experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The Lead Service Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance/repairs as well as provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents. 

Skills and Requirements

• Three to four years related experience and/or training
• Ability to work independently
• EPA or HVAC certification is required
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
