Apartment Maintenance Roving Lead

Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Roving Lead in Omaha, NE. This position will assist and fill in at any of our communities in Omaha, NE but could be needed to travel to other communities with travel up to 100% of the time.

This position will pay beginning at $25/hour but the amount will be determined by experience, certifications, skills and education.  HVAC or EPA certification is required, if you do not already hold this we can assist in obtaining a certification. This position will also require you to be in an oncall pod rotation for after hours emergencies (paid at time and half, plus an oncall bonus)

What You Will Do

The Apartment Maintenance Roving Lead will diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance/repairs as well as provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents. 

Skills and Requirements

• Three to four years related experience and/or training
• Ability to work independently
• EPA or HVAC certification is required
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
