What We Are Looking For

 

Seldin Company is seeking a Training Coordinator at our corporate office in Omaha, Nebraska. This position will also require knowledge and experience with using the following programs: Microsoft 365, Realpage systems and OPS Technology. 3-4 years experience in the property management field desired.  Travel will be required up to 50%.

 

 What You Will Do

 

The Training Coordinator is responsible for conducting training for all areas of the company. This position will work closely with the VP of HR to provide general training support. This position will instruct and train site staff to the level of performance that meets expectations of property management operations as written and described in the Property Management Standard Operating Procedures. This position will also guide and teach employees so they have a thorough understanding of the process of managing day-to-day activities that occur in multi-family housing.

 

 

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

 

  • Operations and Leadership
  • Maintain Learning Management System and other software
  • Provide feedback on operations including advising management of pertinent issues as related to the community, market, or other respective issues
  • Administrative skills
  • Associates degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Customer Service experience preferred

  • Organization skills, attention to detail with high degree of accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment are essential
