What We Are Looking For


Seldin Company is seeking a Part Time Project Manager in Omaha, NE.  


What You Will Do


This position will work closely with owners and investors to discuss goals for various projects. They will work to develop and execute a timeline for owners on new business projects. Research competitors and develop market surveys. Make recommendations for setting rents on upgraded and renovated units based on market surveys. Attend construction meetings with owners and developers. Provide leadership and guidance in the handoff of projects or new business to property management staff.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified


  • Five years experience working in interior design and/or project management
  • Three to four years of marketing, graphic design, or business development experience strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
