Youth Care Workers are at the heart of our Day and Evening Reporting programs helping teens in our community build skills and gain confidence.

 

Youth Care Workers provide care and supervision to youth while implementing assigned treatment services. This rewarding career working with at-risk teens in our community also includes maintaining accurate documentation of services and ensuring that the daily routine of the program is upheld. Youth Care Workers are expected to transport clients and develop collaborative partnerships with the referring agencies.

 

Two Shifts Available:

Day Shift - 8am to 4pm

Midday Shift - 11am to 7pm

 

 

Required Experience:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of six months of experience in youth programs
  • Ability to effectively interact with sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences present in the organization’s service population, both individually and in groups. 
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and current auto insurance, and the ability to pass an extensive background check.
  • Regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work location is required.
