Bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Counselor
Min. Starting Salary: $11 to $13.50 per Hour DOE
Positions Available: P/T & F/T

Purpose/Summary: This position is responsible for providing counseling, information, and assistance to borrowers in accordance with federal requirements. Inform borrowers of their rights and responsibilities under the Direct and FFEL Loan Programs. Assist in educating borrowers to resolve current issues and preventing future problems based on the borrower’s individual need.
The Bilingual Call Center Counselor cannot have defaulted on Student Loans in the last 7 years. Candidates may be subject to credit checks when appropriate.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
HOURS: Various schedules with flexible hours available Monday thru Saturday (F/T & P/T).
Permanent positions are contingent on successful completion of company provided training, assessment and background investigation.
