National Student Loan Program is seeking Call Center Representatives to be a part of something special.
Purpose/Summary: This position is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls. The Call Center Representative is responsible for contacting delinquent customers, counseling them on their account status, options and default consequences.
The Call Center Counselor cannot have defaulted on Student Loans in the last 7 years. Candidates may be subject to credit checks when appropriate.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
HOURS: Various schedules Monday thru Saturday (F/T & P/T).
Permanent positions are contingent on successful completion of company provided training, assessment and background investigation.
