We seek an in-office, high-energy, persuasive, polished Brand & Social Media Coordinator to help grow and manage brand and social presence in the Americas market.

 Reporting directly to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Brand & Social Media Coordinator will play a pivotal role in building, defending, and expanding our internal/external brand through social media, product campaigns, tradeshows, and website, but not limited to these areas. This person will also be asked to be proactive in their personal learning and development because we want you to have every opportunity to master your craft and grow with us.

 Qualified candidates will possess the following: 

 

  • A bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing is preferred
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in brand/social media management and content development
  • A minimum of 2 -5 years of paid social media experience 
  • Excellent teamwork skills: proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to travel less than 10% of the time

SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Brand & Social Media Coordinator will play a pivotal role in building, defending, and expanding our internal/external brand through social media, product campaigns, tradeshows, and website, but not limited to these areas. This person will also be asked to be proactive in their personal learning and development because we want you to have every opportunity to master your craft and grow with us.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

BRAND

  • Develop, maintain, and defend brand standards for Conductix-Wampfler Americas for internal and external branded content and logo use
  • Contribute to our paid, earned, shared, and owned strategy
  • Work with Agency partners on PR strategy and shared voice in the industry
  • Review/proof content and creative for consistent voice and brand integrity
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop branded apparel, gifts, and giveaways for company events and tradeshows
  • Manage Trademarks and Copyrights 

SOCIAL

  • Coordinate/expand our owned social media presence on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube
  • Plan, execute and report on paid social campaigns
  • Monitor social trends, relevant hashtags, and our competitor's social presence
  • Write engaging, fun, innovative, and thought-provoking content that engages and builds our audience
  • Work with our graphic design team to develop visually appealing graphics to support content
  • Monitor comments and prepare responses 
  • Visit industry events/tradeshows, company outings, etc., to capture supporting photographs and videos 
  • Build, own and execute our social media content calendar
  • Assist HR with Conductix-Wampfler recruiting

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret various technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
