Job Description

Role:

To assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area.

Responsibilities:

Assists members on the telephone and through other electronic channels.  Including resolution of problems that may arise when members attempt to use a product (member training).

Retrieves and responds to member email, voicemails and other member communications within service standards.

Handle centralized registration of members into various credit union electronic products connected through third party providers.  Maintain registration records.

Identifies cross?sell opportunities and cross?sells credit union products and services to members. Inform members of promotional specials.

Acts as liaison between members and various departments/vendors to resolve more complex issues.  Perform other duties as assigned.

 
Experience:  2 to 5 years of customer service experience.  Call Center experience preferred.
Education:  A high school education or GED
