Hiring for a Recruiting Coordinator. Position is a contract role, however, with good performance there may be a possibility of being hired on. Provide direct support to the recruiters and managers with coordinating phone screens, in person interviews, assessment testing and administration of assessments.
HR experience would be a plus but not required. This is a great foot in the door HR opportunity and my client is willing to train the right person if they are passionate about working with people and providing strong administrative support. Will work daily various members of the HR Team and applicants so must have professional communication skills.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree.
