Seeking an Office Manager for a growing organization. My client is seeking someone with a team-oriented personality, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. This person will be able to take on many responsibilities and help the business become more efficient. Must be proficient with Word & Excel and have the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
Answer all incoming calls from customers regarding orders, issues with orders, damaged or incorrect products, etc.
Assist walk-in customers with orders and pick-ups
Enter product orders, create inventory reports and assist sales staff with anything needed on customer’ accounts
Assist with shipping & receiving duties as needed
Handle AP duties including matching invoices against P.O.’s and cutting checks
Set up new customers, process credits to accounts and returns, prepare deposits, process ACH payments and make some light collections calls and prepare deposits.
