My client is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for their First Impressions role. The position will impact all incoming and outgoing business and ultimately affects the delivery of quality customer service throughout the organization. Growing organization with great perks.  Seeking someone with a friendly and professional demeanor who enjoys working with customers and provide the best level of customer service.  Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities are critical.  Must be proficient in MS Office products and have the ability learn new software and new concepts/duties quickly.

Duties

  • Primarily responsible for being the first impression by answering, screening and directing calls, taking messages and receiving and announcing visitors appropriately
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers in person or over the phone and make them feel welcome
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming mail & other correspondence
  • Prepare deposits for customers accounts and print checks as needed
  • Provide administrative support for all departments/companies including but not limited to the preparation of correspondence, mailing lists, reports, etc.
  • Schedule various meetings, reserve conference rooms and coordinate remote events
  • Filing, faxing and scanning of various documents
