Customer Experience Measurement Analyst - Omaha NE

Position Summary

A Measurement Analyst is responsible for assessing the customer experience provided to customers for Fortune 500 clients. Their behavioral assessment is used to make data-driven decisions to improve various components of the experience. Learn and apply behavioral science (we'll train you)! TPG is not a call center, nor does this position require being on the phones or sales.

Essential Functions

  • Accurately evaluate the interaction between clients and customers. Provide quality feedback to internal customers and team members.
  • Meet both individual and team revenue and sampling goals each month
  • Be receptive to coaching and professional development
  • Participate in all scheduled development activities including calibrations, feedback sessions, training, special projects, etc.
  • Participate in the mentorship program for professional development
  • Remain current on client knowledge to support Customer Experience program development

  • Ability to work independently, establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • A strong work ethic that will enable the delivery of revenue each month

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree or technical school coursework preferred
  • Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite
