Job Description

The Property Management Assistant is a full-time position and provides support to the property management department. This position requires computer knowledge and the ability to multi-task while staying organized. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Publisher is required. The Property Management Assistant could be promoted to Property Manager position after review of performance.

Preferred Qualities: Organized, punctual, reliable transportation, self-starter, ability to work independently, problem solver,

  • Assist in writing property marketing material
  • Process rental applications
  • Type leases
  • Obtain bids from vendors
  • Property Inspections
  • Place marketing signs
  • Property showings
  • Set-up utilities
  • File organization
  • Assist in processing & delivering delinquent notices
  • Lease renewals
  • Assist in generating and sending monthly reports to owners
  • Assist with property "make ready’s"
