Responsibilities include preparing lease agreements, property inspections, file organization, and assist in property make ready’s. This position requires computer knowledge and the ability to multi-task while staying organized. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Publisher is required.
Qualities: organized, punctual, reliable transportation, self-starter, ability to work independently, problem solver, Could be promoted to property manager position after review.
