West Omaha public accounting firm seeks qualified individual for immediate opening

for an Full-Time Paraprofessional.   Please only reply if you have strong accounting and administrative background.

 

The individual should possess the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an accounting firm a plus
  • 2 years of accounting experience including use of QuickBooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Organize and scan documents
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Dependable, very flexible and enjoys working as a team player
  • Able to support various staff members with administrative requests
  • Meets deadlines and has the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high quality work
  • Exceptional attention to detail and can maintain confidentiality
  • Is a self-motivator, works independently and follows direction accurately
  • Able to handle responsibilities that will span from general to advanced administrative tasks
