Our client, in the financial services industry, is looking for a full-time Client Support Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings with advisors and clients in person, or via phone/zoom
  • Provide accurate notes documenting all meetings
  • Update CRM with notes and any changes to client information
  • Handle follow-up communication with clients
  • Send gifts to clients for birthdays/anniversaries or other celebratory events
  • Additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferred
  • Experience in finance/wealth management a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective and professional oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Polished and professional presentation
