HR Generalist + Multi-Location + Autonomy to Grow

With a long-standing presence in the Omaha community, our client’s firm is experiencing tremendous growth, creating the need to add an HR Generalist to their team.  This role will embrace the established practices that have resulted in immense success and bring forward new and innovative concepts to further define organizational culture and enhance employee engagement.



Our client is seeking a collaborative, self-starter with a strong communication skills and solid HR background.  Here are some responsibilities of the role:

  • Responsible for all internal and external HR-related matters
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Handle payroll duties
  • Ensure the company is within compliance all state and federal FMLA and OSHA laws
  • Oversee and improve employee relations initiatives
  • Manage benefit analysis and insurance renewals
  • Responsible for onboarding new employees
  • Additional duties as requested



  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Effective and professional oral and written communication
  • Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
