Director of Finance + Up to 150k + Omaha

Our client, a franchise support company in the service industry, is looking to add a Director of Finance to their growing company.  The ideal candidate will be highly involved in all financial and development activities as the business continues to develop and expand.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career path in a thriving start-up environment.  This position will act as the point person supporting various departments including sales, engineering, product, quality & regulation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Actively develop and manage company programs and initiatives
• Management of all financial and operational functions
• Assist leadership with strategizing, formulating, and tracking to support decision making and company growth
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports
• Ensure the business meets financial obligations for long-term expansion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred)
• Capability to lead various departments and individuals
• Strong business sense for growth and development
• Skilled with analysis and finance software
• Highly motivated and results-driven
• Effective and professional oral and written communication skills
• Creative and innovative in developing new and effective solutions
