    Lutz Talent is adding to their team. We are looking for a genuine, self-driven team member to join our efforts of identifying top Talent for our clients. Develop and build deep relationships with passive candidates in the niche areas of Accounting/Finance, Human Resources and Office Administration.

    Duties Include but Not Limited To:

    • Partner with Client Managers and Sourcers to understand the target candidates
    • Use proactive recruiting techniques to build relationships with top passive candidates
    • Use and identify appropriate social media and industry specific sites
    • Build and maintain a network of candidates in the Omaha/Lincoln market
    • Achieve metrics in role to attain attractive incentive package
    • Ability to organize and stay in touch with top talent
    • Ability to conduct in depth interviews
    • Capable of performing due diligence on candidates. References, Background check, etc.
    • Responsible for entering information and maintaining in our ATS
    • Ability to work on your own while being part of a great team

    Education & Work Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Is required
    • 2-5 years of previous recruiting experience
    • Recruiting in professional services is desired
