    • Assist in all Human Resources activities, with a recruiting emphasis
    • Recruit for multiple locations, including advertising open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating, and conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and drafting offer letters
    • Ensure job descriptions for all positions are accurate and up to date
    • Assist in modifications to the employee handbook
    • Develop and carry out enhancements to Human Resources policies, plans, procedures, and programs
    • Provide administration for all employee benefits and 401k activity
    • Maintain department records and reports, ensuring all pertinent documentation is properly maintained and current
    • Focus on the enhancement of employee relations


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, strongly desired
    • SHRM or PHR a plus
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong time management skills, with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing priorities
