What We Seek

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist their team with various administrative and Human Resources assignments.  Someone with previous work experience in a construction or manufacturing setting is preferred.  Here’s what they seek:

  • Manage Human Resources policies/procedures
  • Responsible for writing job descriptions, recruiting and on-boarding new employees, and managing salary guidelines
  • Oversee new hire paperwork and new hire orientations
  • Manage employee benefits eligibility and enrollment
  • Assist with annual review process
  • Participate in performance coaching
  • Maintain organized and accurate records
  • Various administrative duties to support management
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Human Resources degree preferred, but not required
  • 2-3 years of HR administrative work experience
