General responsibilities:

  • Work as part of leadership team on formulation and implementation of growth strategy
  • Collaborate with the Ownership on special projects, business strategy and operational analysis
  • Manage all aspects of financial, managerial, and operational reporting; providing timely and accurate financial statements to ownership
  • Implement and lead the company’s budgeting/forecasting processes
  • Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, human resources, legal and information technology functions as well as risk management, banking relationships, investment decisions, regulatory compliance and assurance relations
  • Provide environment supporting development of team members
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to seek opportunities to drive business results
  • Identify and implement accounting process improvements to drive accuracy and reporting flexibility
  • Guide and mentor direct reports related to allocating work, training, evaluating performance, and rewarding excellence


Desired skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA certification a plus
  • Strategic-minded leadership skills with ability to implement chosen strategies
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience supervising employees
  • Ability to build a strong team culture
  • The ability to think like an Owner and offer business solutions
