YOUR GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Managing all aspects of financial, managerial, and operational reporting, providing timely and accurate financial insight to the Executive Board
  • Work collaboratively with other business leaders to seek out opportunities to ensure business results and customer focus
  • Oversee and develop a team of 5+ direct reports
  • Develop and lead departmental budgeting and forecasting system 
  • Ability to identify and implement financial process improvements
  • Strong ERP implementation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related degree preferred
  • 5-7 years in a Healthcare industry
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to innovate in a constantly changing environment 
  • ERP implementation experience
