Accounting & Finance Manager + Small Lincoln Company

WHAT WE SEEK

Our client is looking for an analytical, multi-tasker, who has a desire to move the company’s vision forward, and to possibly grow into a CFO role.  Someone with former public accounting experience is preferred.  Here is what we look for:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, consolidate and reconcile all financial statements
  • Direct all accounting activities
  • Coordinate and oversee all audits
  • Communicate and collaborate with banks and lenders
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial reporting controls
  • Continually seek process improvement ideas
  • Lead, supervise and encourage growth for 1-3 direct reports  

SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5 years accounting or related experience
  • Previous management experience
  • Understanding of GAAP
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
