What we seek

They are seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist their team with various payroll and benefits functions. Someone working in high volume payroll processing with multi-state payroll and benefits coordination would be ideal. Here’s what they look for:

  • Timely and accurate processing of weekly and bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees in multiple states
  • Work with a team to enter and audit timesheets for 900+ employees
  • Research discrepancies to ensure timesheets are processed accurately
  • Collaborate and follow-up with leaders in various locations on any payroll discrepancies
  • Process garnishments and taxes and apply accurately
  • Complete payroll audits
  • Assist in helping identify and initiate payroll enhancements and efficiencies
  • Administer employee benefits including health and welfare benefits, PTO, and other employee benefits
  • Excellent computer skills with advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Experience working with Kronos payroll software a strong plus
  • Effective written and oral communication
