Our client is seeking a hand on/strategic HR professional who loves to work in a fast paced ever changing environment. Someone with previous HR experience is desired (10+ years of HR experience – (Staffing is a plus) and wants to grow with a growing company.  Here’s what they look for:


• Assist with new hire orientations and firm-wide trainings

 • Support benefits administration processes • Promote and enforce safety and compliance guidelines

 • Oversee and improve employee relations initiatives

 • Foster positive relationships with internal staff • Help bring new ideas to the table

 • Seek efficiencies in all processes

 • Effective and professional oral and written communication

 • Proficient in Microsoft Office

 • Detail-oriented and organized

 • Problem/solution pro

 • Unemployment

 • PHR certification preferred

 • Experience with HRIS system
