Service Desk Intern-to-Hire

We are currently seeking an eager candidate to join our Team as a Service Desk Intern-to-Hire. Responsibilities, qualifications, and highlights below:

  • Work with cutting edge technology
  • Enhance your troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Receive mentoring from experienced systems engineers
  • Full time internship for 8 weeks, with possibility to be hired on regularly
  • Will be responsible for building, repairing and installing PC and Mac workstations for Lutz clients
  • Assist in the deployment of large and small scale network projects
  • Provide onsite assistance to the Lutz Helpdesk
  • The following will meet our prerequisite:
    • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
    • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting
    • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, Win7, Server),  Microsoft Office, Internet browsers, and email applications
  • Must be comfortable solving problems
  • Must have the ability to build partnerships with various teams
