What we seek

Our client is seeking a bi-lingual individual to assist their team with various administrative and payroll assignments. Someone with previous payroll accounting experience is preferred. Here’s what they seek:

  • Process payroll
  • Oversee job postings and new hire paperwork
  • Administer new hire orientations
  • Manage employee benefits eligibility and enrollment
  • Enter purchase orders and invoices
  • Produce and analyze various annual reports
  • Track receipts, order forms, and equipment usage logs
  • Assist with various HR and administrative duties as needed
  • Maintain organized and accurate records
  • Ensure compliance and adhere to guidelines
  • Capable of effective oral and written communication
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be bi-lingual
