Lutz Tech – Desktop Service Technician

We are currently seeking an eager candidate to join our Team as a Desktop Service Technician. Responsibilities, qualifications, and highlights below:

  • Work with cutting edge technology
  • Enhance your troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Receive mentoring from experienced systems engineers
  • Will be responsible for building, repairing and installing PC and Mac workstations for Lutz clients
  • Assist in the deployment of large and small scale network projects
  • Provide onsite assistance to the Lutz Helpdesk
  • Must be comfortable solving problems
  • Must have the ability to build partnerships with various teams
  • Provide technical support services to clients, including ticket tracking and documenting resolution beginning to end
  • Will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of server operating system, server application, desktop operating system and applicable hardware.

  • Must be able to diagnose technical issues and find resolution following documented procedures
  • Ability to bring own solutions to the table
  • Self-managed and driven to solve problems
