Marianna, a leading manufacturer and distributor of beauty products is currently seeking a Production Line Lead to join our team. The Line Lead at Marianna reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for overseeing the operation of a production line, monitoring quality, efficiency, safety, troubleshooting, and application of lean principles, ensuring procedures are followed and that line personnel are properly trained.

What Does a Week in the Life of the [Insert Job Here] Look Like?

o Provide leadership for line

o Direct and train production line personnel; including down time responsibilities

o Communicate production and performance expectations to line personnel

o Coordinate changeover process and verify components staged online

o Report issues that might or do result in “Hold” material

o Identify, analyze, and correct production rate barriers
