Marianna, a leading manufacturer and distributor of beauty products is currently seeking a QA Clerk to join our team. The QA Clerk at Marianna reports to the Quality Supervor and is responsible for performing Quality Assurance (QA) functions to build, uphold, and improve the Company’s Quality Systems.

What Does a Week in the Life of the QA Clerk Look Like?

Support the Quality System infrastructure by performing QA tasks pertaining to documentation of processes.
Support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance tasks, including audits, and documentation maintenance.
- Uploading work orders (Batching, Filling, Silkscreen and RMA’s)
Support the Quality System’s Training Program.
Support documentation systems used in QA are properly maintained (e.g., QA audit records, training records).
Scan and upload documents in the records management system.
Assist in a varity of projects.
Support manufacturing failure investigations.
Communicate effectively with others.
Perform work onsite.
Perform other duties as assigned.
