Job Summary: 

 

Responsible for various tasks including user and hardware support, I.T. project assistance, and other related duties.   Knowledge of Office 365 and structured query language is desired but not required.    

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain user access to systems.
  • Configure laptops and towers for users.
  • Support user requests for assistance

 

Additional Expectation: Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Work as a team or independent depending on job need

 

Preferred Knowledge, Certifications, Skills, Abilities:

  • Office 365
  • SEQUEL or other reporting language

  • Office environment – climate controlled.
