Seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to promote and sell our products and provide excellent service to beauty schools.  Office in the North East, U.S.  We offer salary plus bonus structure. 

 

Duties Summary:

  • Implement and drive sales initiatives in the beauty schools markets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with current and new clients.
  • Develop and foster programs that improve market share and provide sustainable sales growth.
  • Be directly involved in setting budget and sales strategies for your territory.
  • Achieve sales, profitability and other performance goals. 
  • Create sales reports.
  • Assist clients in promoting and selling our products.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate personnel.
  • Provide thorough and timely after-sales service.
  • Trade shows.
  • 35% travel.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ year’s successful sales growth (preferably in beauty industry).
  • Self-starter.
  • Demonstrate history of sales and profit growth.
  • Computer proficient - Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Cosmetology and/or Aesthetician license an asset.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the drive to see issues through to resolution.
