Territory Sales Manager (Pittsburgh/Ohio region)

Job Purpose:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and marketing the companies’ systems, equipment, parts, and services. Develop customer relationships, point of contact for current and new business, the liaison between customers and office, and provides great customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing assigned territories
Promote and Market Kemper Parts/Sales/Services to existing and new customers
Understanding customers problems, issues, and/or challenges and providing solid solutions (Identify and solve clients issues strategically)
Set yearly forecasting goals for assigned territory and provide to Sales Manager
Communicate effectively with management and sales, operations, engineering, and accounting teams
Work with Kemper teams on behalf of our customers to ensure the highest level of customer service
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to foster culture of continuous improvement
Analyze sales pipeline and lead data to deliver periodic reporting to management for continuous process improvement and response time
Collaborate with the service team/operations department to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Solid understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
Implement strategies with the marketing department to achieve sales goals
Set yearly sales goals for parts and capital equipment sales
Increase margins on parts sales and capital equipment
Improve supplier relations
Increase bare equipment and portable plant sales
Required Ability to Use or Operate the following:
Standard office equipment such as computer and keyboard, calculator, phone, copier, fax machine, and the like.
