The Construction Superintendent position is a full-time, project based position. In this role, you will supervise construction projects, perform daily inspections of work performed and act as liaison and coordinator between contractors. You will manage job safety and quality of jobs, and ensure that all quality assurance and safety standards are being met; monitor and adhere to established budgetary guidelines for job, and ensure that cost control measures are being followed. Manage job schedule and coordinate work with contractors and deliveries with suppliers and ensure inspections are scheduled appropriately.
The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the commercial and/or agricultural construction industry. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience working with industry relevant softare (Procore preferred), along with carpentry, and concrete/masonry construction experience. They must also be able to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications, as well as maintain accurate records of construction activities. Organizational, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills are necessary to be successful in this role. The successful candidate must also have the ability to work under pressure and be detail-oriented.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
