Human Resources Administrator

All Communities Outreach Services Bellevue, NE Hourly Wage, $19.00 - $20.00

This position is responsible for the administration of all areas of Human Resources duties and activities in support of hiring, onboarding, employment/labor laws, postings, daily activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with required regulatory postings, compliance forms and inquiries.
  • Maintain knowledge of human resources practices.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent hiring practices and I-9, state and federal forms are completed.
  • Conduct reference and background checks ensuring state hiring requirements are met or exceptions meet approval.
  • Provides support to company director on performance management, hiring and salary review, consultation, employee relations,
  • Responsible for conducting onboarding of new hires.
  • Serve as a liaison for employees and management utilizing fair judgement and confidentiality.
  • Assist with performance reviews and disciplinary documentation.

Essential Functions:

  • Source, screen, and setup interviews for applicants.
  • Secure background check screening and setup processes for new hire onboarding.
  • Responsible for ongoing administration of HR functions including, updated job descriptions, quarterly audit of employee file credentials, file documentation and closeout, terminations, and training requirements.
  • Create and maintain employee access to required systems
  • Responsible for onboarding documents and policy review.  
  • Maintain updated employee documentation, forms in SharePoint.
  • Identify training needs for staff and maintain updated training documents for renewal audits.
  • Greet visitors and staff and answer phone calls, respond to requests for information.
  • Perform other duties as directed and assigned.


  • Associates Degree in Human Resources or 2-3 years of related field experience (or equivalent combination of both).
  • Excellent computer skills including, MS Office suite and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment scanning and copy machine, computer, calculator, etc.
  • Professionalism, strong oral and written communication skills
